

We are more than happy to exchange or offer a credit on any item that doesn't fit. The item must be returned in its original condition within 10 days of the order date.
Please note that the item must be returned in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING and CONDITION. This means with tags attached (if applicable), unwashed, no smells or odours and unworn.
The credit given can be used for some other item from our store! We do not offer cash refunds (unless the item is faulty).
Please contact us immediately by using the contact form on our website providing the details and reason of your exchange/return request.
Then write a note on a copy of your invoice specifying what you are exchanging and what you would like the item replaced with. Please note it must be to the same value as the item being returned

Ensure the item being returned is carefully packaged when posting, as we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost on their way back to us. As our stock is limited we may not always be able to provide the exchange item requested. In this case you will be given a credit, or the option of choosing another item.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning item to us. We do not refund the cost of postage on any order as this is a cost that we incur. The cost of posting the exchange items will be $5.00, for which the customer is responsible. You can make payment to cover this cost via PayPal, or simply send a money order with your return.
Another alternative is to provide your own pre-paid post satchels available from all Australia Post offices.
When you order again, contact us via our online contact form telling us what you would like. We will apply your credit to the new order and you will only be required to pay the balance plus shipping.
