Shop online at our secure, easy to use website. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation

If we do not have an item in stock that you have ordered, you will be contacted via email and a refund will be automatically processed.

Payment Methods

PayPal (in AUD$) - PayPal is our main payment processor.

Please note that we recommend that Registered Post is taken.

Registered Post gives you:

proof that the article was sent when lodged at the post office counter
proof that the article was received - a signature is obtained on delivery
compensation for loss or damage of the article up to $100 for a standard registered delivery

Direct Banking (in AUD$) - A convenient method of payment, you can do direct deposit via the internet or over-the-counter at any Bendigo Bank, directly into our bank account. Details of this payment method is displayed here.

Shipping Costs

All orders are posted anywhere in Australia via Australia Post. Our charges are kept to a minimum and we use recycled packaging where necessary to keep our costs down.

Standard Postage - from $7.50

Registered Postage - from $9.50

Express Post (up to 3kg) - $12.00

We recommend that you select Express Post which will be sent in a 3kg satchel.

If you are ordering items as a gift, please contact us before ordering.

Gift Wrapping

For an additional $5.00 we are happy to gift wrap your order - let us know what you want to say in the comments box provided during checkout and well send a small gift card too!

Cancel or Change of Order

Please contact us viaemail as soon as possible so we can stop processing the order. Orders that are already in the postal system cannot be changed or cancelled.
